People at the center.
Our ethos
At Sill Design, everything we do revolves around people—whether it’s our clients, our trusted industry partners, or the broader impact we want to make.
-
The design process should be an inspiring adventure, not a chore. Our goal is to make every step fun and inspiring, while creating spaces that enhance your overall well-being. We blend environmental psychology, biophilic design, and wellness architecture to craft spaces that make life better. You, your family, and your customers deserve more, and we’re here to make sure your space feels even better than it looks.
-
Our relationships with builders, contractors, and craftspeople are at the heart of what we do. We team up with the best in the business, celebrating the artistry and talent that bring our designs to life. Together, we make sure every project reflects quality, creativity, and true craftsmanship.
-
We believe that design can do good, which is why we partner with businesses, both local and global, that champion fair labor and ethical practices. Every decision we make is about leaving a positive mark—on people and the planet.
Ericka Violett
With a passion for redefining how we live and interact with our spaces, Ericka Violett is founder and visionary behind Sill Design.
With over a decade of experience in the high-end residential and boutique commercial industry, her commitment to thoughtful design extends beyond aesthetics; she believes that well-crafted spaces can contribute to a better world. Following her interests in high-performance building and wellness architecture, Ericka is motivated by a vision for a future where spaces are not only beautiful but also support personal well-being.
Honored to lead a talented team within the studio, she fosters a collaborative atmosphere dedicated to creating environments that reflect individuality rather than fleeting trends, and empowering clients to expect more from their interiors.
When she’s not in the studio, you can find Ericka adventuring with her husband and toddler son, deciding what delicious meal to whip up next, or dreaming of their next travel adventure—whether it’s a far-flung destination or a getaway weekend to the Oregon coast.
